  1. Assist in preparing home to sell by suggesting repairs, improvements, and staging.
  2. Implement proactive marketing, advertising, and prospecting.
  3. Coordinate showings, obtain showing feedback, and provide regular updates of the market.
  4. Present offers, negotiate counter offers and acceptance of counter offers.
  5. Coordinate the home inspections and present and negotiate inspection responses.
  6. Navigate the closing process
  7. Order title work through the Title Company
  8. Maintain contact with buyers agent to ensure all contractual items are on schedule.
  9. Schedule and attend the closing.
